Jens Y. Zimmermann
Senior Advisor
Jens has over 25 years of direct investment experience across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has founded over 20 companies, led over 50 investments and served on a number of boards. He has a special passion for education where he has led iconic investments & serves on the boards of several globally leading private and public education groups.
Until 2017, he was a Partner & Managing Director at New Silk Route Growth Capital, a USD 1.3bn Private Equity fund manager focused on consumer industries in Emerging Asia. Prior, he co-founded South Asia Equity Partners and before that HGU Hamburg Private Equity AG.
Jens holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Hamburg in Germany. He is a co-founder of the Harvard Business School Alumni Clubs of Germany as well as the GCC (out of Dubai). He is also a former professional athlete.

Ziad Nasrallah

Ziad brings in more than 18 years of experience in top tier global strategy consulting and regional private equity firms. He has extensive experience in strategic and investment advisory, performance improvement, turnarounds, restructurings, providing strategic and financial advisory to PE funds, family groups and conglomerates; with experience in retail and distribution, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, financial services and professional services. Prior to founding High Impact Advisors, Ziad was Managing Director of the Portfolio Team at GrowthGate Capital, a regional private equity firm and prior to that was VP within the Private Equity team of The National Investor. Ziad started his career at Bain & Co. Ziad holds a MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and a Bachelor Degree on Engineering from ESIB Engineering School in Lebanon.

Ammar Zawaideh

Ammar has more than 15 years of corporate experience in the GCC mainly focusing on corporate finance through his roles as part of the founding team tasked with the setup of the Dubai Mercantile Exchange and was heading the finance and planning, prior to that he worked with SMEs as part of the core team with Dubai SME (previously known as Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders); he started his career gaining foundational finance knowledge while working at Deloitte in Abu Dhabi covering different industries. Ammar holds Master in Project Management from Colorado University, USA and a BA Finance and Accounting from University of Jordan.
